How do I pay my rent?

The how and when of rent is spelled out in your lease agreement. If you've misplaced the details or something isn't clear, send us a note and we'll point you in the right direction.

How do I request a repair?

Use the maintenance request form above, it comes straight to our team. Give us as much detail as you can and we'll coordinate a trusted local vendor as quickly as possible.

What counts as an emergency?

Anything that threatens safety or could cause serious damage, fire, gas smells, major water leaks or flooding, or no heat in freezing weather. For those, follow the emergency steps in your lease and contact us right away rather than waiting on the request form.

How soon will my repair get handled?

We respond as quickly as we can and prioritize by urgency. Once we've reviewed your request we'll let you know the plan and coordinate scheduling with you and the vendor.

I have a question about my deposit or move-out.

Deposits and move-outs are handled according to your lease and North Carolina law. We're happy to walk you through what to expect, just get in touch.

How does renewing my lease work?

We'll usually reach out ahead of your lease end date to talk about renewing. If you'd like to start that conversation sooner, you're always welcome to contact us.
